1. Who we are

Aliflow (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a premium parcel-shipping service that books your shipments with DHL Express from the United Arab Emirates to 200+ countries worldwide, with all-in prices shown in AED. Aliflow is operated by GHOHARY READYMADE GARMENTS CO L.L.C, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its office at Al Wahda Building, Shop 13, Ground Floor, Al Ittihad Road 30, Deira, Dubai.

2. Information we collect

Sender details — your name, email and phone when you book a shipment or request a custom quote.
Receiver details — the recipient's name, phone and delivery address so DHL Express can complete the delivery.
Shipment details — destination country, weight (from 0.5 kg, with no upper limit), dimensions, chosen DHL Express service, and any notes.
Payment details — entered only to book your shipment. Secure card payment is being finalised; card numbers are never charged or stored through the website.
Usage data — basic, anonymised information about how you use the site, plus a tracking reference we store in your browser (localStorage) so you can follow a shipment you just booked.

3. How we use it

To calculate an instant all-in DHL Express price and prepare your quote.
To book, label and dispatch your shipment with DHL Express from our UAE office.
To send you a tracking number and delivery updates.
To respond to your enquiries and provide support.

4. Sharing

We share the minimum information necessary with our carrier, DHL Express, to collect, carry and deliver your shipment, and with service providers that help us operate the website. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Storage in your browser

When you book through the site, we save a copy of the shipment summary and its tracking number in your browser's local storage so the parcel is instantly trackable on this device. You can clear this at any time from your browser settings.

6. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations under applicable UAE law, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these, email hello@aliflow.net.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
