We ship a high volume of parcels on the DHL Express network, which earns lower rates than an individual sender can get. We pass those savings on — so you get the same DHL Express service, usually for less than booking it directly.
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient on delivery. They're not included in your price and are not collected by Aliflow. See our customs & duties guide for rates by country and how it's calculated.
Drop off or courier your parcel to our Dubai office — we email the drop-off address with your booking confirmation. We then label it, handle the customs paperwork and dispatch it on DHL Express. Parcels that reach us before 3 PM (GST) on a business day are dispatched the same day; later arrivals go out the next business day.
Yes — and you can add it instantly, no waiting up for a reply. At checkout, tick Home pickup, choose your Emirate, and the fee (a flat AED 100, or AED 120 for Abu Dhabi & Fujairah) is added to your total — booked and paid in one go. A courier then collects your parcel from your door, anywhere in the UAE. Prefer to arrange it with a person? Message us on WhatsApp.
You can ship from 0.5 kg with no upper limit — heavier shipments are priced on DHL's freight bands. Standard DHL prohibited items (such as cash and dangerous goods) can't be carried.
It's the live carrier rate card, priced on your chargeable weight — the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (L×W×H cm ÷ 5000) — plus the current fuel surcharge. All-in, in AED; duties and taxes excluded.
