Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact us at support@aliflow.com with your account email and reason for the refund.

After 14 Days

Refunds are not available after 14 days from the date of purchase. You may still cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. We encourage you to cancel your subscription before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of these terms. If a dispute is filed:

  • Your account will be immediately and permanently terminated
  • All access to paid features will be instantly revoked
  • Your active subscription will be canceled immediately (not at period end)
  • We will automatically contest the dispute and submit full evidence to your card issuer, including proof of your agreement to these terms, service usage records, and refund policy acceptance
  • You will not be eligible for any future refund or account reinstatement

By subscribing to Aliflow, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy. You confirm that you understand chargebacks will result in permanent account termination and that disputes will be contested with full evidence.
